At Promise Family Legacy LLC, we aim for excellence in all our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Event registrations or bookings (see Booking Terms for cancellations)

  • Perishable items (if applicable)

Include your order number and reason for return in your email. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Shipping Returns

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us with your order details.
